Welcome to Drummond, WI!
Drummond, located in the heart of the
Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest, is an Ideal headquarters for
visitors who want to explore the area's 55 lakes totaling 3,179 acres,
including eight trout lakes. In the summer, take a closer look at the
forest by hiking on the North County Trail near Drummond. In the winter
that same trail is an ideal path for cross-country skiers. Snowmobilers
will find miles of nearby groomed trails. Tour the Drummond Museum in
the library building, where you'll find pictures from the logging days,
which began in the mid-1800s, memorabilia, newspapers, maps and animal
mounts.
